Высшее Образование В Социальной И Экономической Жизни Пермского Края

Abstract

В статье на основе официальных статистических данных и иных материалах предпринята попытка оценки воздействия системы высшего образования на социально-экономическое развитие Пермского края. Утверждается, что в социальном плане вузы Пермского края широкомасштабно и успешно решают задачи: занятости молодежи, ее социализации и профессиональной подготовки; переподготовки и повышения квалификации работающих кадров; обеспечения кадрами промышленность, бизнес, социальную сферу региона; трудовой занятости части населения региона. Кроме того, среди федеральных социальных структур в Пермском крае вузы, возможно единственные, являются донорами экономики региона. Учитывая роль и место вузов в социально-экономическом развитии Пермского края и наметившиеся негативные тенденции в развитии высшего образования региона предлагается перейти от отдельных проектов по поддержке вузов к программе развития высшего образования.
