Abstract

Реструктуризация является одним из эффективных инструментов преобразования хозяйствующего субъекта в предпринимательскую структуру. Процесс реструктуризации это последовательность нескольких фаз: подготовительная, фаза непосредственно реструктурирования и заключительная фаза. В исследовании делается акцент на подготовительную фазу, от которой зависят правильное определение исходного состояния хозяйствующего субъекта и последовательность действий по его преобразованию в современную предпринимательскую структуру.
