Развитие Добровольной Сертификации Лесоуправления Как Одно Из Приоритетных Направлений Государственной Поддержки Регионального Лесопромышленного Комплекса

Abstract

Один из факторов развития отраслевых рынков формирование конкурентоспособной системы их государственного регулирования, основанного на инновационных подходах, поскольку без инновационной основы и целевой направленности в целом невозможен рост социально-экономических показателей региона. Лесопромышленный комплекс Пермского края обладает существенным потенциалом для увеличения своего вклада в обеспечение роста экономики, однако его сырьевая база в значительной степени недоиспользуется. Для обеспечения доступности этих ресурсов требуются меры, направленные на развитие добровольной сертификации лесоуправления, способствующие повышению конкурентоспособности предприятий лесопромышленного комплекса на международных рынках.
