Abstract

В статье предложен анализ сущности, основных черт, особенностей и значения классического институционализма и неоинституционализма как научных подходов и методов в социальных и управленческих науках. Автор исследовал исторический потенциал, генезис, преимущества, достижения и ограничения институционализма. Особое внимание уделено рассмотрению содержанию и специфики неоинституционализма в связи с новой экономической теорией.
