Abstract

Данная статья посвящена исследованию перспектив внедрения кластерного подхода в практику стратегического управления социально-экономическим развитием муниципального района. Обоснована необходимость проведения кластерной политики как инструмента развития сельских территорий на уровне муниципальных районов, введено понятие потенциала кластерообразования и описана модель его оценки, разработан поэтапный алгоритм практического внедрения с учетом российских особенностей.
