Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные подходы к понятию государственно-частного партнерства, анализируются формы его реализации. Автор определяет возможность рассматривать развитие государственно-частного партнерства через систему российского прокьюремента, выделяет нормы российского законодательства о прокьюременте, свидетельствующие о развитии элементов государственно-частного партнерства через законодательство о государственных и муниципальных закупках.
