Abstract

В статье анализируются положительные и негативные факторы развития этнонационального пространства и межнациональных отношений России. Среди первых развитие программного подхода в национальной политике; проведение мониторингов в сфере межнациональных отношений и др. Второй блок включает такие факторы, как проблемы институционального наполнения национальной политики; полисубъектность этнополитики и т.д.
