Abstract

В условиях бюджетирования, ориентированного на результат, большое значение приобретают мониторинг и анализ основных показателей государственного управления на национальном и региональном уровнях. В статье проанализированы данные об исполненных доходах и расходах федерального бюджета за восьмилетний период (2005-2012 гг.). Они могут служить базой для определения основных стратегических направлений в отношении формирования доходов и расходов бюджетов.
