Институт Президента Украины: Долгий Путь К Институционализации

Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию институционализации института президентства в Украине с момента его возникновения до настоящего времени в соответствии с шестью критериями. В результате анализа установлено, что на протяжении последних двадцати лет, несмотря на ряд кризисов и конфликтов в системе государственной власти, наблюдается явная тенденция к институционализации президентства в Украине. Это дает основания прогнозировать относительную стабильность политического режима Украины в среднесрочной перспективе.
