Abstract

Современное развитие государства в условиях глобализации экономических процессов зависит от развития строительной сферы и рынка инвестиций. Основной функцией государственного управления в сфере градостроительства определен государственный архитектурно-строительный контроль. Автором выработаны основные механизмы государственного архитектурно-строительного контроля в Украине и предложены концептуальные основы их развития.
