Проблема «Текучести» Кадров В Органах Государственной Власти Пермского Края: Взгляд «Изнутри»

Abstract

Представлены результаты исследования проблемы «текучести» кадров в исполнительных органах государственной власти Пермского края. Посредством проведения анкетного опроса среди государственных служащих установлены причины распространенности и характер этого явления. Сопоставление статистических материалов, содержащих сведения о кадровой составляющей исполнительных органов государственной власти региона, с результатами анкетирования, позволило более полно исследовать изучаемую проблематику – выявить сущность, структуру состава «текучести», факторы ее возникновения.
