Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности системы стимулирования персонала на государственной службе. На основе результатов проведенной внутренней диагностики системы стимулирования в департаменте государственного управления Администрации губернатора Пермского края предложены рекомендации по устранению выявленных проблем.
