Функционирование Экономики Пермского Края В Период Мирового Экономического Кризиса: Что Может И Чего Не Может Региональная Власть

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы функционирования экономики региона в период мирового экономического кризиса. Проанализированы особенности экономики Пермского края, а также масштаб и глубина кризисных явлений в регионе и в стране в целом в 2008-2009 гг. Предложен ряд стратегических направлений экономической политики, которые позволили бы снизить негативное влияние мирового экономического кризиса на экономику региона. Опыт частичной реализации данных направлений на территории Пермского края также приведен в статье.
