Регулирование Миграционных Потоков Граждан Китая На Территории Дальнего Востока России

Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы нормативно-правового регулирования миграционных процессов в России в целом и на Дальнем Востоке в частности, оцениваются степень угрозы и перспективы миграций граждан Китая в приграничные регионы России, даются предметные рекомендации по совершенствованию их регулирования. На сегодня законодательная база в части регулирования этих процессов требует доработки, при этом основную угрозу для России представляют нелегальные миграции китайцев. Прежде всего, необходимо усовершенствовать свод законов и деятельность государственных органов в этом направлении.
