Abstract

Рассматриваются основные модели наделения полномочиями глав субъектов Российской Федерации за двадцатилетнюю историю существования данного политического института в нашей стране. Наиболее подробно анализируется современная модель наделения полномочиями, присущие ей особенности, которые позволяют обозначить наиболее актуальные векторы развития региональной политики. В этой связи значимы выступления политиков, мнения специалистов, данные реальной политической практики.
