Конфликты Между Парламентом И Иными Высшими Органами Государственной Власти: Предпосылки, Причины, Пути Разрешения

Abstract

В статье на основе научных исследований и нормативных правовых источников исследуется механизм организации и взаимодействия высших органов государственной власти современного государства парламента, главы государства и правительства. Автор анализирует сущность и примеры конфликтов между этими органами, предпосылки и причины их возникновения. Анализируется роль парламента в системе органов государственной власти в условиях различных форм правления и политических режимов, основные противоречия между ветвями власти. В статье выделены особенности конфликтов при различных формах: дуалистической, парламентской, смешанной. В контексте темы рассматривается явление «подвешенного парламента» в британской системе управления. Автор выделил пути разрешения конфликтов между парламентом и иными государственными органами.
