Социальная Ответственность В Системе Корпоративного Управления

Abstract

В статье излагается современный подход к социальной ответственности в сфере корпоративного управления. Автор рассматривает исторические, экономические и управленческие предпосылки появления социальной ответственности как фактора достижения коммерческого успеха, основанного на этических нормах уважения к людям, сообществам, окружающей среде. Внимание уделяется основополагающим работам по вопросам корпоративной социальной ответственности. В статье делаются выводы о состоянии, источниках возникновения и перспективах развития института социальной ответственности как метода, обеспечивающего повышение эффективности корпоративного управления в современных условиях. На основании проведенных исследований формулируются ключевые аспекты, которые характеризуют современное понимание корпоративной социальной ответственности.
