Abstract

В статье рассматривается механизм взаимовлияния направлений регионального развития и стратегий вузов, целью реализации которого выступает согласование приоритетов стратегического развития региона и вузов, расположенных на его территории. Под взаимовлиянием понимается влияние региональных органов власти на вузы для выстраивания долгосрочных партнерских отношений и стимулирования их участия в решении региональных задач, а также вузов на регион в рамках модификации региональных конкурентных преимуществ, выражающихся в стержневых и инновационных компетенциях региона.
