Abstract

В статье представлен компетентностноориентированный подход к подготовке выпускника магистратуры по направлению менеджмент. Необходимость его применения в образовательном процессе обусловлена интеграцией российской высшей школы в Европейское пространство высшего образования, сопровождающейся переходом вузов на двухуровневую систему образования и применением федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов высшего профессионального образования третьего поколения. Итогом проведенного исследования является интегрированная модель, основанная на совокупности динамично изменяющегося внешнего окружения, основных составляющих подсистем системы высшего профессионального образования, а также групп компетенций соответствующих определенным уровням подготовки выпускников.
