Abstract

В статье рассматривается формирование и развитие механизма государственно-частного партнерства на основе реализации проектного подхода к решению проблемы создания современной инфраструктуры инновационной экономики. Анализируются перспективы развития взаимоотношений государства и бизнеса, когда частный капитал, беря на себя определенную социальную ответственность, готов вкладывать собственные финансовые и управленческие ресурсы в социальную инфраструктуру на условиях экономической целесообразности, а государство обеспечивает режим заранее оговоренного паритета взаимных интересов и рисков.
