Abstract

В статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические вопросы применения двух важнейших научных подходов к управлению структурно-функционального и программноцелевого. Автор рассматривает историю возникновения каждого их подходов и показывает существующие проблемы их применения в практической деятельности организаций. В статье предлагается оригинальный подход к интеграции структурно-функционального и программноцелевого подходов к управлению.
