Статичность И Динамичность Сферы Государственных Услуг

Abstract

В статье представлена сфера государственных услуг в статике и динамике ее функционирования. Описание статики сферы государственных услуг проводится через позиционирование ее сегментов, а динамики с точки зрения принципов управления и организации эффективных ориентационных взаимодействий.
