Abstract

В статье содержится анализ моделей формирования профессиональных компетенций в условиях развития концепции нового государственного менеджмента (New Public Management). Исследуются проблемы, связанные с использованием государственными служащими своих функций, предпринят сравнительный анализ моделей профессиональной компетентности специалистов в сфере государственного и муниципального управления.
