Abstract

В статье содержится оценка рейтинга Украины по уровню человеческого развития. Раскрыты причины неблагоприятного положения, связанные с историческими особенностями и упущениями в государственной и региональной политике. Систематизированы научные разработки и достижения украинской науки в сфере реализации Концепции человеческого развития. Раскрыты уникальные преимущества украинской методики оценки человеческого развития в региональном разрезе. Проанализировано институциональное обеспечение человеческого развития в Украине. Предложено осуществление социологической оценки развития человеческого потенциала в сочетании со статистическим мониторингом, проводимым в Украине.
