Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу специфики становления и развития «электронного правительства» в РФ в условиях модернизации и административной реформы. Автор рассматривает данный процесс на примере двух достаточно динамично развивающихся федеральных министерств: министерства образования и науки и министерства культуры. В статье выделяются и анализируются общие характеристики и особенности элементов «электронного правительства», реализуемых в данных министерствах проводится сравнительный анализ их эффективности и определяются перспективы развития.
