Abstract

В статье рассматривается совокупность пространственных факторов, определяющих «предел возможностей» инновационного развития России, среди которых выделяется и анализируется инерционность пространственной конфигурации. Предлагаются направления для первоочередных преобразований по преодолению инерционности и решению задач инновационной экономики.
