Этнокультурная Политика В Пермском Крае: Опыт Гармонизации Межнациональных Отношений

Abstract

В статье анализируется опыт реализации этнокультурной политики на региональном уровне на примере Пермского края. Рассматриваются исторические и идеологические предпосылки формирования этнокультурной политики. Анализируется законодательное и нормативно-правовое обеспечение реализуемой в регионе этнокультурной политики. Рассматриваются позитивные и негативные тенденции в области межэтнических отношений, в том числе такие аспекты реализации этнокультурной политики, как адаптация мигрантов, реализация права на получение этнокультурного образования и сохранения родного языка, поддержка традиционной народной культуры, взаимодействие с этническими общественными объединениями.
