Этнокультурная Политика В Республике Татарстан: Скрытый Этноцентризм В Условиях Декларируемого Мультикультурализма

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности реализации этнокультурной политики в национальной республике со сложным полиэтничным составом населения в условиях балансирования между двумя основными этническими группами русскими и татарами. Дана оценка исторических и идеологических предпосылок формирования этнокультурной политики в Татарстане, позитивных и негативных тенденций в области межэтнических отношений. Автор фокусирует внимание на таких аспектах реализации этнокультурной политики, как реализация права на получение этнокультурного образования и сохранения родного языка, поддержка традиционной народной культуры, взаимодействие с этническими общественными объединениями и др. Анализируется законодательное и нормативноправовое обеспечение реализуемой в регионе этнокультурной политики.
