Abstract

В статье рассматривается влияние национальной модели экономического развития на промышленную политику страны; роль лидера в модернизации экономики. На примере Урала показана возможность структурной модернизации его экономики. Обоснована перспективность применения в региональных условиях таких новых инструментов промышленной политики, как системообразующие компании, технологические платформы и развитие кластеров.
