Системный Подход К Городу Как Объекту Программноцелевого Управления

Abstract

В статье анализируются причины низкой эффективности программно-целевого управления социально-экономическим развитием городов Пермского края. Автор предлагает использовать системный подход к рассмотрению города как объекта программирования. Реализация системного подхода позволит конкретизировать и моделировать программные задачи социальноэкономического развития городов.
