Продовольственная Безопасность: Ситуация На Российском Рынке Мясных Продуктов

Abstract

Сегодня Россия полностью обеспечивает себя мясом птицы, значительно увеличилось производство свинины, только за прошлый год на 28,7%. Кроме того, импорт мяса не имеет возможности полностью развернуться из-за санкций Россельхознадзора против некоторых стан поставщиков. По данным ФГБУ «Спеццентручет» МСХ импорт говядины и свинины за 2013 год сократился на 16,5 и 11,6%, соответственно, мяса птицы вырос на 1,6%., для обеспечения продовольственной безопасности на рынке мяса и мясопродуктов необходимо сократить потери на стадии производства, переработки и хранения продукции. Т.е. у государства, бизнес -сообщества и отраслевой науки одни цели.
