Abstract

Материал посвящен анализу различных составляющих внутренней среды компании «Аэрофлот», являющейся лидером российских авиаперевозок. Рассмотрены ключевые элементы компании, которые находятся во взаимной зависимости друг от друга: структура, стратегия, системы, сотрудники ОАО «Аэрофлот», а так же навыки, относящиеся к способностям, как самой компании, так и ее менеджеров, и персонала. На основе анализа сделаны выводы о текущем состоянии деятельности организации.
