Abstract

Изложены нерешенные проблемы государственной поддержки аграрного сектора. В системе государственной поддержки предложено выделить две самостоятельные подсистемы: развития и модернизации аграрной сферы и регулирования продовольственного рынка и доходов сельхозтоваропроизводителей. Определены направления совершенствования инвестиционной поддержки и новые механизмы субсидирования сельхозпроизводства
