Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности организации риск-ориентированного сквозного контроля в перер а ба тывающих производствах аграрных организ а ций. Рассматривается развитие внутреннего контроля с и с пользованием элементов маркетингового анализа с учетом особенн о стей технолог и ческого процесса прои з водства и переработки продукции животноводства, а та к же формир ование сбытовых стратегий на прим е ре конкретного агр о холдинга.
