Abstract

Обоснована необходимость и предложен механизм проведения мониторинга кадрового потенциала АПК и сель-ских территорий. Проведен анализ результатов социологического обследования сельских домохозяйств Орловской области. Предложена структура регионального центра кадрового мониторинга АПК и сельских территорий и разработаны основные направления его деятельности.
