Methodological bases of formation and development of regional innovative-integrated management systems of Agrarian higher education

Abstract

The article presents the results of study of problems related to the implementation of organizational and economic innovations to management process of organizations and institutions of tagricultural higher education system. The relevance of this issue is determined by the accumulation of significant changes and transformations in agricultural production of modern Russia. Despite significant improvements in social, economic and technological components of the Russian agro-industrial complex, the system of agricultural higher education remains quite conservative. During the research work was used a wide range of general and concrete scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, deduction, system approach, modeling, abstraction), as well as essential information base presented by the works of Russian and foreign scientists. The result of the research is the grounding of methodological bases of formation and development of agricultural higher education regional innovation and integrated management systems.
