Odontometrics characteristic of the Yorkshire terrier’s teeth

Abstract

The article describes morphological and morphometric teeth features of the Yorkshire terrier. The main odontocetic and odontometrics features of teeth identified. The authors found that the dental system of the dogs is formed in proportion to the functional load on each tooth and jaw as a whole. The authors for the first time identified odontometrics parameters of the Yorkshire terrier’s dental arcade.
