Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find the original, real, total bases for genesis and reproduction of the relations of discipline; to identify the content and essence of the relations of discipline; to determine the true and false external manifestations of the essence of discipline. The attributive bases for genesis and reproduction of relations of discipline are the technical and economic relations of individual forms of labor and technical and economic, organizational and economic relations of the cooperative form of labor. Historical analysis of the new bases the author introduces allowed: to interpret the content and essence of the relations of discipline distinctive from opinions of the other researchers, to separate the true form of disciplined and undisciplined behavior of workers from the false forms of disciplined and undisciplined behavior of workers.
