Methodological approach to the evaluation of State support of Russian agriculture’s technical and industrial modernization for the purpose of sectoral Foresight

Abstract

The article presents results of an economic study of technical and technological modernization of agriculture in Russia and offered the main directions of improving the competitiveness of domestic producers. To increase the pace of modernization of agricultural equipment in the Russian Federation should be harmonized organizational and economic measures of state stimulation of technical and technological modernization of agriculture in Russia and the countries of the EEU, supported development of new models of Russian agricultural machinery and new measures to promote the upgrading of technical park with domestic samples of agricultural machinery.
