Abstract

Сложность и многогранность патологических процессов, протекающих в роговице, ставит необходимостью углубленного изучения заболеваний переднего отрезка глазного яблока. Разнообразие этиологических факторов, способствующих возникновению и развитию язвенного кератита, можно разделить на две большие группы: экзогенные факторы, включающие травму, удар, накол и попадание инородного тела, и эндогенные, возникающие на фоне присутствующих деструктивных изменений роговой оболочки глазного яблока. Показано, что при лечении хронических помутнений происходит восстановление физиологических барьеров переднего отрезка глазного яблока и роговица полностью восстанавливает свои свойства, что характеризует ее блеск, зеркальность и сферичность, и отражают показатели функциональных тестов.
