Abstract

В работе обобщены научные данные о болезнях животных, вызываемых бактериями рода Pasteurella, в том числе Mannheimia haemolytica. В зарубежной литературе инфекционное заболевание вызванное возбудителем Mannheimia haemolytica называется Mannheimiosis манхеймиоз. Микроорганизмы указанного рода часто проявляется лишь при наличии первичного патогенного агента, либо стресс фактора, что затрудняет диагностику и своевременную профилактику болезни. Использование рутинных методов индикации микроорганизмов не всегда позволяет достичь достоверного результата, ввиду сложности их выполнения. Современные экспресс-методы индикации способны произвести существенный сдвиг в плане выявления неблагополучных по манхеймиозу животноводческих предприятий, но для этого необходим высокий уровень оснащения диагностических лабораторий и наличие высококвалифицированных кадров.
