Relationship analysis of milk production and reproductive ability of black and white cattle in the conditions of Donbass

Abstract

In dairy cattle breeding considerably decreased the number of animals, total milk production and the profitability of the industry as a whole through the past ten years. One of the important conditions of increasing the profitability of cattle breeding is to improve the reproductive ability of cows, as through the use organizational measures, alike and genetic methods. In the article introduced results of the analysis of influence of level of milk production and lactation activity on the indices of reproductive ability of cows: the parturition interval and the service periods.
