Formation of an independent import market for agricultural machinery in Russia against background of integration of EEU and WTO

Abstract

In article the main directions of development of the market of agricultural machinery, as key element of the organizational and economic mechanism of technical modernization of agrarian and industrial complex are proved. Prospects of technical and technological modernization of agriculture of Russia within realization of a state program of development of agriculture and regulation of the markets of agricultural production, raw materials and the food for 2013-2020, taking into account conditions of the WTO and integration into EEU are proved.
