Роль Личности И «Команды» В Борьбе С Мировым Экономическим Кризисом

Abstract

Рассматриваются примеры комплексной антикризисной политики в разные периоды новейшего времени в России и США. При характеристике деятельности С. Ю. Витте с целью недопущения углубления кризиса 1900-1903 гг. проводится анализ причин усиления контроля за банковской системой России. Изучен вклад Ф. Д. Рузвельта и его «мозгового треста» в противодействие Великой депрессии в 1930-е гг. Действия администрации Барака Обамы в 2009 г. исследуются с учетом использования им предыдущего опыта. При сравнении трех примеров антикризисной политики сделан вывод об их общих чертах и о специфике каждого из них.
