Abstract

В статье рассматривается взаимодействие вузов и работодателей в организации научно-исследовательской работы студентов старших курсов при прохождении преддипломной производственной практики. С этой целью автором предложена разработка комплексно-целевых программ совместно с будущими работодателями, представлены актуальные темы для организации совместного со студентами научного исследования. Проанализирован опыт уже проведенной научно-исследовательской работы студентов, показаны ее основные результаты и проблемы реализации. Такой подход позволит оценить последовательность, систематичность и качество полученных студентами знаний, сочетать знания экономиста и исследователя, овладеть научным методом познания и применить его для углубленного и творческого усвоения учебного материала, а также в будущей практической банковской деятельности; изучить методологию научных исследований и применить ее в практической деятельности; научиться методам и приемам самостоятельного решения научных и технологических задач во время прохождения практики и внедрению новых достижений науки в банковскую практику с наименьшими затратами и наибольшей эффективностью.
