Оценка Результативности Развития Высокотехнологичных Отраслей России В Сравнении С Зарубежными Странами

Abstract

В статье представлено исследование результативности развития высокотехнологичных отраслей России в сравнении с зарубежными странами. Описывается разработанная методика оценки результативности и проводится ее апробация на основе статистических данных России и ведущих зарубежных стран: США, Германии, Франции. Делается вывод, что высокотехнологичные отрасли России отстают от зарубежных стран и играют незначительную роль в производстве. Они не обеспечивают основной результат генерирование экспортных доходов и не готовы бороться за внешний рынок. Определяется основная задача России в настоящее время необходимо вернуть внутренний рынок высокотехнологичной продукции, а выявленные особенности и закономерности развития высокотехнологичных отраслей России и зарубежных стран следует учитывать при разработке и реализации стратегий и программ инновационного развития России.
