Перспективные Направления Новой Индустриализации России

Abstract

В статье критикуется западная концепция постиндустриального общества, которой противопоставляется отечественная концепция новой индустриализации. Приводятся статистические данные по динамике производства продукции машиностроения и приборостроения в Москве, которые свидетельствуют о деградации отечественного производства. Рассматриваются перспективные направления новой индустриализации России, где выделяются индустрии промышленного производства, жизнеобеспечения, эксплуатации, ремонта и индустрия исследований и разработок. Приводятся состав и основные взаимосвязи элементов индустрии жизнеобеспечения. Сравниваются две тенденции в развитии инфраструктуры жизнеобеспечения и в системе расселения деиндустриальная и новая индустриальная. В инфраструктуре жизнеобеспечения сопоставляются признаки новой индустриализации и деиндустриализации для энергетики, магистрального и городского транспорта, коммунального хозяйства и бытового обслуживания. Выделяются особенности процессов индустриализации и деиндустриализации для двух противоположных систем расселения.
