Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования новой экономики, проблемы становления национальной инновационной системы в России; речь идет и об усилении влияния научной и инновационной деятельности, образования и информационно-коммуникационных технологий (ИКТ) на экономику. Также рассматривается роль Интернета как ключевой технологии информационной эпохи; уделяется внимание такому понятию, как экономика знаний и ее главному инструменту рынку знаний. В статье приводится пример взаимодействия наукоемкой инновационной компании с университетами.
