Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные статьи доходов бюджета г. Санкт-Петербурга в корреляционной зависимости с валовым региональным продуктом. Предложен метод расчета доходов бюджета на перспективу, который напрямую зависит от ВРП, производимого на территории г. Санкт-Петербурга. В данной статье была сделана попытка максимально упростить оценочный расчет доходов бюджета на следующий год. Для России необходим быстрый и надежный способ подсчета будущих доходов, не зависящий от множества различных факторов, потому что страна огромна, нужды населения слишком различны, а, как показывает практика, из-за сложности расчетов бюджет публикуется позже назначенного времени, и практически все государственные учреждения страдают из-за несвоевременного финансирования.
