Развитие Экономического Механизма Реформирования Естественных Монополий Технологического Типа

Abstract

Исследуются результаты реформы электроэнергетики, попытки государства стабилизировать экономическое состояние отрасли и вернуть некоторые позиции к дореформенному состоянию, в том числе посредством укрупнения структур, образованных в ходе преобразования. Обосновывается экономическая сущность коммунальной деятельности, анализируются особенности коммунального производства, коммунальных услуг и коммунального рынка. Особое внимание уделено возможностям развития рыночных отношений в естественных монополиях технологического типа, наличие которых зависит от уровня развития экономики государства, техники и соответствующих технологий. Также анализируется эффективность выполнения своих функций и принятых обязательств частным бизнесом в рамках проведенной реформы электроэнергетики.
